All orders are dispatched by a Royal Mail tracked service.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we will do our utmost to ensure a prompt delivery. We aim to despatch within 2 – 5 days, however, if the unexpected happens and an item is out of stock or delayed; we will offer you a full refund or an alternative to the same value.


If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, a store credit or exchange.

Goods must be returned un-opened and in their original packaging within 21 days of purchase.

NON REFUNDABLE – Rugs tried on horses without the use of a cotton sheet underneath resulting in hair and/or dirt on returned rug making it unfit for re-sale.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
